Egg Skelter

This is my new favourite kitchen gadgety thing.

I keep my eggs in the kitchen so they're at room temperature for baking. I've used wire egg baskets to store them in but it's hard keeping on top of the use by date in these so tended to keep them in the egg boxes piled up in a corner. Not a pretty sight

Well no more.

Now I have a cool Egg Skelter that not only looks good but sorts out the use by date problem. You use eggs from the bottom and add new eggs to the top.

I stumbled on it whilst I was searching for cool Christmas presents a few months back and just had to get one.

One word of warning. Allowing an egg to free fall from the top down tends to crack it!
