Decadent Raspberry Banana And Cream Pancakes

If you’re looking for a treat then this raspberry, banana and cream pancake is for you. The flavours balance each other perfectly.

You need :

A savoury pancake, plump raspberries, sliced banana, light whipping cream, vanilla dusting sugar and good quality milk chocolate (green And Blacks is a favourite here).

How you build up he layers is important.

Always start with the cream spread down the centre of your pancake. Generously pile a layer of raspberries and bananas on top of the cream. Lightly cover with of layer of sweet vanilla dusting sugar and finally a sprinkle of grated milk chocolate.

Find a quiet relaxing corner and slowly enjoy every mouth watering bite.

It is heavenly.
