The weathers getting warmer and the shops are full of plump berries and fruit. Perfect for making one of my families favourite breakfasts… Summer Fruit Muesli Breakfast.
Fresh Summer fruits of your choice, muesli (shop bought or make your when) and some yoghurt.
You can use any type of yoghurt. Mr Dad and I like plain Greek yoghurt whilst my girls like a fruit yoghurt.
Play around with the fruit … blueberries, strawberries, apples, mango, peaches etc are all great.
You can also add wheatgerm, seeds, coconut, a drizzle of honey.
There are so many wonderful combinations and it’s a fabulous way to start your day.
